Mission Statement

In this dark time for our country we find ourselves once again faced with the tyranny of an ever-expanding and intrusive government and the looming threat of socialism. The time has come once again for the populace to rise up against this despotism and claim the liberty bestowed upon us by the Creator. With the founding of the General Wayne Tea Party it is expressly our mission to fight this tyranny through education, peaceful activism, self-governance and personal responsibility.

It is the expressed mission of the General Wayne Tea Party to:

• Defend, Promote and Educate on the Constitution of the United States of America, the Bill of Rights and the Constitution of Pennsylvania.
• Promote and defend our Constitutionally protected liberties.
• Demand fiscal responsibility.

Core Values

 In accordance with our mission statement we offer this expansion of our core values:

•              Uphold individual liberty
•              Demand respect for all forms of private property
•              Advance the system of free enterprise and free market principles
•              Advocate for a strong national defense and support for our Troops
•              Work toward shrinking and limiting government
•              Call for tolerance of religion in public affairs
•              Advance the concept of fair and equal taxation
•              Demand respect for and promote traditional American values and customs
•              Support candidates that adhere to our core values at all levels of government

Take note that though these may be presented in the order posted that each is equal in its importance and without precedence over another. This listing may from time to time be modified according to achievement of these values and the emergence of unforeseen ones.
